Most modern hard drives nowadays use the newer NTFS file system. Although some hard drives are still manufactured with the older FAT32 file system, most people tend to convert their hard drives back to NTFS. This method works on almost all Windows computers, but if it doesn’t, leave a comment or contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Customizing operating systems has been a widespread phenomenon for the past couple of years. Websites like NewAge-OS specifically customize operating systems – mainly Windows XP and Vista. Although you won’t be completely customizing your XP from icons to wallpapers, it’ll be enough for a start.

Before following the tutorial, make sure you download the required software and have a Windows XP CD somewhere at home.
